Stephanie is recognized as a skilled industry professional and she brings over twelve years of pharmaceutical sales, management and recruiting experience to Rudd Medical Search.

Stephanie has held a number of leadership positions during the course of her career, including Sales Representative, Corporate Sales Trainer, and District Sales Manager for Searle Pharmaceuticals/Pharmacia Corporation. She has received several national awards for her sales and business acumen.

As a search professional, Stephanie’s goal is to partner with her clients in acquiring the very best sales talent and assisting sales professionals in optimizing their capabilities. Stephanie’s deep industry expertise and know-how enables her clients to leverage her best practices.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences/ Dietetics from the University of Arizona, and is a member of numerous professional organizations.
